PASTORS BIOGRAPHY:

         “DR. DALE” was born and reared in Scotland County, NC to the late Bill and Louise Robertson. He was baptized at Gibson Baptist Church in Gibson, NC at the age of 14 and was called to the gospel ministry at the age of 16. He graduated from Scotland County High School, Wingate College, Wake Forest University and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he earned The Master of Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry Degrees. His pastorates have been in Virginia and North Carolina.

“DR. DALE” has been the pastor of North Main Baptist Church since 1993. He has served as Moderator of the Rowan Southern Baptist Association and Adjunct Professor of Pastoral Studies at New Life Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Dale is the 2018 Historical Committee Chairman for the Baptist State Convention of NC. He has been married to his wife Claudia for 46 years. They have three grown children and five grandchildren.
